Orders recieved during a normal working day (i.e not Saturday or Sunday) will either be dispatched that day or the next working day. Should we be unable to do this we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you as to when the goods can be sent and giving you the option to cancel if the anticipated delivery is unacceptable.
All items posted by First Class Royal Mail should be received within 5 days. However, Royal Mail indicate that an item is not classed as lost until 15 working days from date of despatch. We cannot offer a refund or send items again until these 15 working days have expired.
Items sent by Overnight Courier should arrive within 24 hours of despatch, although sometimes, due to extenuating circumstances, it may take 48 hours for items to reach their destination. If you have not received your goods by 72 hours after date of despatch please contact us on 01392 216336 where we will track and trace the item.
Please note couriers will only hold items for 7 days from date of attempted delivery before the items are returned to us. If items are returned we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
All dates given are subject to stock availability.
Please note we do not process payment until the goods are ready for dispatch.
